Jonathan Krohn

Jonathan Krohn

US
Political Prodigy, Author & Analyst

Recognized by TIME Magazine as a candidate for the 100 Most Influential People in 2009, Krohn has been hailed as "the future of the conservative movement." The 14 year-old political prodigy, columnist, author and political analyst was thrust into the national spotlight upon delivering an electrifying speech at the Conservative Political Action Committee (CPAC) earlier this year, capturing the attention of leading politicians and pundits alike. His political analysis is well respected and he has been featured on national television and radio shows, including Fox and Friends, Bill Bennett's Morning in America, The Mike Gallagher Show and The Mark Levin Show.

His debut book, Define Conservatism, scheduled for release in early 2010, provides an in-depth analysis of the principles of Conservatism. Krohn explores Conservative ideology through the eyes of politicians and philosophers of the past who best exhibit Conservative values. With Define Conservatism, Krohn hopes to inspire voters to better understand the ideas, principles, and values of Conservatism.

In addition to his ongoing political analysis and writing, Krohn is a contributing columnist to Human Events, and also has a weekly spot with WBAL radio in Baltimore, where he covers a variety of political issues and comments on current events.

At the podium, Krohn draws upon Define Conservatism, emphasizing the four principles of conservative thought: respect for the Constitution, respect for life, less government and personal responsibility; and the three pillars that uphold those principles: morality, logicality and history. Delving deep into the heart of both Conservatism and its opposing viewpoints, Krohn takes a closer look at the logic and reason behind America's political philosophies. An ardent supporter of relying less upon government intervention and more upon personal responsibility, Krohn takes audiences through real solutions to our most challenging problems, from solving the economic crisis to fixing America's healthcare system.
