Helping managers become the kind of leader that every business needs and every employee wants to work for.

Jim Vasconcellos has spent his career helping managers focus on the things that matter in order to build better workplace cultures. He is an author, trainer, and professional speaker.

For over twenty years, he has been speaking about management and personal leadership throughout the United States, Canada, and Europe. And all this time, he's been listening to managers at every level, across a broad spectrum of industries. Each of these interactions has been a window into what works and what doesn't work for people and businesses trying to get things done.

Before his adventures on the road, Jim earned a degree in speech communications, with a minor in public relations, from Georgia State University in Atlanta. He started his career in banking and data processing, then moved into training and development within the industries where he worked. And there he found his true passion in life.

Ever since then, Jim has worked with companies and other organizations, instituting the principles to help managers become the kind of leader that every business needs and every employee wants to work for. He shares these insights from the stage as well as in his book, Results Don't Matter, to help managers shift their focus to the things that fulfill the needs of both people and business.
