Who is Wes Waddle?
Where did he come from?
*We've heard so many stories about this man....
*I just need another dose of "Wes Waddle". He inspires me!
*Let's talk to Lieutenant Colonel Waddle. He is a Certified Flight Instructor.
*Dr. Wes Waddle has the wisdom to know what is best. He studies the Bible.
*He was on late night TV with one of those "No Money Down" real estate gurus.
*He was married for almost 25 years before his first wife died after suffering for 4 1/2 years of breast cancer, bone cancer, lymphoma, and liver cancer. His story of sorrow and triumph is so inspiring.
*I hear that he can still run triathlons and half-marathons even as a member of AARP.
*He used to write music and has a number of songs copyrighted.
Wesley Waddle grew up in the small city of Marion, Ohio. He was the youngest of six children. He was born with crossed eyes and "club feet". That's right. When he was born his eyes turned in and his feet turned in, but in the end everything seemed to turn out alright.
In high school he played the trumpet. He went on to get his college degree to teach music.
In the high school choir he sang baritone. As an adult he went to competition with the Cactus Chordsmen Barbershop Chorus in Paradise Valley, Arizona.
When he was in high school, Wes was taken out of physical education as he had loose cartilege on his knees. Later when he went to college, he was instructed by a very wise surgeon to "get off refined sugar and start taking alfalfa". ALFALFA??? Yes, that is what Wes always fed his horses so he questioned the good doctor. Wes has been taking alfalfa for 40 years. He now runs 5K races.
Wes loves to study the Bible, and books about Psychology, Philosophy, and the Law of Attraction. His motto has been "Get a Vision--FOCUS-- and Succeed".
When Wes was young; his family was poor. He was told that most wealthy individuals possess a great deal of real estate. Wes reads trust agreements and legal documents and find them interesting. Wes is now a registered instructor for the Arizona Department of Real Estate (ADRE) where he is permitted to train REALTORS. Wes is a Certified Mortgage Banker and a banking instructor. He has also trained many real estate investors. He still speaks on real estate and can teach his course "Eight Ways to Buy Houses With Little or No Money Down".
WHERE DID THIS GUY COME FROM?
Wes Waddle grew up in the heart of Ohio. He later went to college and moved to northwest Indiana (just outside of Chicago). He worked at various banking and financial institutions from Gary, Indiana; to Remington, Indiana; to Elkhart, Indiana; and even in the suburbs of Chicago, Illinois.
WES LOVES PEOPLE. He always says, "Everywhere I go I meet wonderful people." Oh, I am sure that Wes will settle down some day. However, he loves a nice 5K run, swim and bike in triathlons, ride horses, fly airplanes, and even hike up the mountains peaks of Arizona. It will be interesting to hear about where he's been and where he's going.
