USConditioning for Excellence has been the theme of Tim's life since childhood. Reaching beyond the norm and preparing to dwell amongst the best in whatever objectives he chose has guided his path to success. On his way to reaching the pinnacle of his career Tim met the expected obstacles and detractors. But he believed that nothing could stand in the way of his achieving greatness. He credits his spiritual foundation; along with proper preparation, attitude, motivation, and information for his success. As a three-sport athlete and honors student at Peach County High School in Fort Valley, GA, Tim excelled on the field and in the classroom. Upon graduating he received a number of college scholarship offers. He chose academically renowned Howard University over more notable athletic programs. In college Tim continued a prosperous scholastic and football career which earning the distinction of the first Athlete in the history of Howard University to be chosen a GTE Academic All-American. He was also twice named All-Conference, All-American, and Defensive Player of the Year. Scholastically, he was chosen by the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences to participate in the National Name Exchange for outstanding academic achievement; and was selected a lifetime member of the Golden Key International Honour Society. Tim completed undergraduate work with honors earning a Bachelors Degree in Fashion Merchandising and Business Marketing. He also completed Post-Graduate studies in Athletic Administration. The Green Bay Packers drafted Tim in the 1993 NFL Draft. He went on to have a 7-year professional football career, playing along side such NFL legends as Joe Montana, Marcus Allen, and Ronnie Lott. He was honored to serve as a Captain for both the Kansas City Chiefs and Philadelphia Eagles. Most recently Tim was honored with induction into Howard's Athletic Hall of Fame in 2005.
