She also delivers keynotes and workshops on leading through change. Before hosting, she built software teams, led HR in telecom software and taught Series 7 on Wall Street, so she can hold a technical, financial or government room without losing the human thread.

Reina brings 30 years of experience, as a leader and as a consultant. She has worked in the private sector across many industries in the US, Asia and the UK. A few of her clients include: Oracle, CH2M Hill, Merck, Avaya, Ball Corporation and Salomon Brothers. She also has years of experience in the government sector at federal, state and local levels.
Reina has a Master's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Colorado, Undergrad Degree in Industrial Engineering with minors in Business and Computer Science. As a Leadership Coach, Reina completed certification training through both Georgetown University and The Center for Creative Leadership. She is certified with ICF as a PCC level coach and an ACTC Certified Team Coach. In addition, she is certified in a wide variety of assessments including Emotional Intelligence, Hogan and all of The Center for Creative Leadership assessments.. Reina also taught graduate level courses at The University of Colorado Business School.
For fun, Reina enjoys taking road trips with her kids, cooking (especially French food!), sipping wines from around the world and making glass art.
