Her expertise includes more than 20 years as Chief Diversity Officer, across industry leading organizations, which are recognized for their management depth and leadership strength: Deloitte & Touche USA LLP, Equiva Services (joint venture between Shell, Texaco, and Saudi Aramco), Sears, Roebuck & Co., and Abbott Laboratories. Redia has successfully engaged and lead organizations in enterprise-wide change efforts. Through coaching, she has simultaneously engaged highly talented individuals in positive behavioral shifts which tightly align performance and business results. In addition to holding numerous human resources positions at the directorship level for several of these multinational operations, Redia has also worked as a special agent in the Federal Bureau of Investigation's white-collar and organized crime units.

Redia received her undergraduate degree in psychology from Incarnate Word University and her graduate degree in clinical psychology from Trinity University, both in San Antonio, Texas. She has served on numerous boards focused on health, children's, and women's issues.

 

Redia lives in Houston. She has two wonderful young adult children, Jarred and Taylor,.
