Raeus is the CEO and Founder of Referral Exchange Organization (REO, LLC), a relationship based business referral and introduction network. Her vision is to create communities of networks where all professionals are well connected and prosperous. She would like to wipe out the "dreaded cold call" and towards that end she has not made a cold call since 1998 and can show audiences how to do the same.
Raeus uses adapted everyday traffice signs to teach participants the "Rules of the Road" to driving referral traffic to their door. She presents a face paced and fun yet practical workshop or breakout. Her presentations are packed with common-sense tips and techniques, which make her the perfect choice for audiences that want to learn skills that they can start to use before they even leave the room.
Raeus is the author of ABC's of Networking: a reference guide for attending networking events. She is a Certified Networking Professional and has authored several articles on networking and referrals.
Raeus was the President of the Tennessee Chapter of the National Speakers Association (NSA) in 2008-09. She serves on several boards of both business and philanthropic organizations.
Raeus holds a BS from the University of Tennessee (UT), Knoxville. She resides in Knoxville with her husband, Pat.
