Mary Kutheis speaks from experience! Through speaking, consulting, coaching and writing, she guides people to choose their priorities, make solid decisions and get things done while still having a balanced life. She shares unique step-by-step plans as well as the motivation to follow through in order to achieve breakthrough results. Prior to establishing Real Contentment, Mary worked with businesses, associations and independent professionals who aimed to improve time management skills and increase productivity. She believes keys to success are to use time wisely and communicate kindly – at work and in life

Mary spent seventeen years in the corporate world directing and managing teams. Her clients included Bank of America, American Express Financial Advisors, Canon, Cadillac, and GMC Truck. She also served as the Director of Development for the Center for the Study of American Business, the public policy think tank associated with Washington University in St. Louis.

In 2001 she established her own speaking/coaching/consulting practice, Open Spaces, LLC – Workplace Productivity Group® and rebranded her business under the name RealContentment in late 2012. The focus of RealContentment is to work with organizations that want their people to get the right things done, thrive at work and have a life in balance.

She has contributed to three books, Focus Organization Productivity; Insights on Productivity; and The ICD Guide to Challenging Disorganization. Her popular blog shares tips and ideas focused on increased productivity, effective communication skills and life balance.

She is popular in her hometown media and has appeared as a productivity expert on television, radio and in print. A professional speaker, she is an active member of the National Speakers Association (NSA) and the St. Louis Chapter of the NSA.
