Leslie Krauz Stambaugh is a management consultant, speaker, and trainer with over 25 years of experience. She helps organizations move quickly toward their goals by assessing their present situations, listening closely and strategically to where they want to be in the future, and helping them find the paths and build the bridges necessary to make strong, positive progress.
Credentials:
Ms. Stambaugh heads the highly-regarded management consulting firm, RLS Associates, founded in 1987. She holds a Bachelors Degree from the University of Michigan and a Masters from Wayne State University in International Relations. In 1970,she joined a team at the University of Michigan’s Institute for Social Research that consulted with business organizations and conducted research to identify interventions that actually resulted in strong positive change. With fourteen years of great experience, she joined Rensis Likert Associates, a consulting firm, as a Senior Associate and a member of its board. Ms. Stambaugh has also served on the boards of Ann Arbor ASTD, the Michigan Chapter of the National Speakers Association, and was NSAM’s president in 1996. She also serves as Chair of the Ann Arbor Human Rights Commission and is Co-Chair of the Michigan Alliance Against Hate Crimes Community Response Committee.
