Kim Marcille Romaner is a popular motivational speaker, sought-after consultant, and an expert on the science of amplifying possibility into reality. Known for her ability to teach others to see undiscovered possibilities, craft strategies to take measurable advantage of them, and inspire with a compelling vision, Kim is passionate about helping people, businesses, and communities transform themselves.

"The universe already has a technique for amplifying possibility into reality, and that technique is embedded in each of us. You can learn to master it and use it to access and amplify possibilities that are invisible to you now."

Kim has delivered programs for a variety of businesses and organizations, entertaining them with her sense of humor and igniting them with her message of possibility and empowerment. Audience members are reminded of their own incredible power and given a set of cutting-edge tools to create whatever future they desire. Audience members are taught how to:

• Activate five secrets from science for creating the results of their dream.
• Turn off the main cause of procrastination.
• Use a 12-step program to master their power to turn possibility into reality.

Kim's dynamic presentations take audience members on a mind-bending yet easy-to-understand exploration of the realm of possibility. Her ability to make technical information fun and engaging helps her connect with audiences as she inspires them to "Amp It Up!"

When she's not amplifying possibility into reality for audiences, Kim serves as the founder and Chief Amplifier of Possibilities Amplified, Inc., a company that teaches people to be Possibility Thinkers, executives to be Possibility Leaders, and companies to develop a Possibility CultureTM through its coaching, training, and consulting programs.

Kim is the author of The Science of Making Things Happen: Turn Any Possibility into Reality, a book that teaches readers how to wield the power of quantum, neurological, and biological mechanisms already in play to change their lives. She is also a contributor to Managing Web Projects for Dummies and has written numerous articles and essays for publications such as Ideas, Affluent Magazine, Leadership Excellence, No Niche Magazine, and The Miami Herald.

Kim has twenty-five years experience in possibility leadership, ranging from small business ownership to Fortune 500 executives. She is currently the executive director of the Miami-Dade Broadband Coalition, an organization committed to forwarding universal access in Miami-Dade County. Kim previously served as vice president of new initiatives for the Miami Herald Media Company where she was known for her ability to predict trends, craft and communicate strategic direction, and inspire with a compelling vision.

Past clients include: MIT, Harvard University, Ogilvy & Mather, Eastern Airlines, Miami-Dade College, Harris Corporation, and the Coca-Cola Company.

Kim has enjoyed expanding-or amplifying-her comfort zone by driving a stock car, jumping off the tallest building in New Zealand, or rappelling three hundred feet into a cave system. Her next adventure? Starting a day camp for the possibility impaired.
