Jeannie Davis is president of Now Hear This, Inc., a Colorado-based communications training company specializing in customer service workshops, seminars and keynote presentations. A professional speaker, trainer, and award-winning author, she is a respected authority on telephone customer service. Jeannie is a 25-year public relations and communications specialist and worked for 12 years in the telecommunications industry where she held various management positions and conducted training programs throughout a14-state region.  She established Now Hear This, Inc. in 1995.

An influential speaker and trainer, she is the award-winning author of Beyond "Hello," and contributing author in Real World Customer Service Strategies That Work. She serves on the Board of Directors for the International Customer Service Association Colorado Chapter (Immediate Past President), Rocky Mountain Minority Supplier Development Council MBEIC, and as Board Secretary for Open Door Youth Gang Alternatives.  She also serves on the Pickens Technical College/Aurora Public Schools Executive Advisory Board and is past chairperson of the Business Advisory Council.  Jeannie is a Citizen Assessor for the Aurora Civil Service Commission and a long-standing member of the Aurora Gateway Rotary Club (Program Chairperson).
