Frank Polkowski is president of NonProfit & Management Consultants, providing developmental programs, organizational consulting, strategic planning, and support for boards of directors, staff, management, and all aspects of non-profit organizations. He is past president of the New York NSA Virtual Chapter, Buffalo Niagara Chapter of American Society of Training and Development (ASTD), and a member of Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), Association for Volunteer Administration (AVA) and BoardSource (formerly National Center for Nonprofit Boards).
