Dianne Glasscoe Watterson is a professional speaker, author, and consultant with over 35 years in the dental profession.  In addition to being an RDH, Dianne also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Service Management and a Master of Business Administration.  Her business, Professional Dental Management, Inc., a full service consulting/speaking business, is based in Frederick, MD. 

 

Since January, 1998, Dianne has had over 100 articles published in numerous dental journals, both national and international, and has presented hundreds of continuing education courses across the country.  She is best known for her two monthly columns, "Staff Rx" in RDH magazine and "Practice Wisdom" in Dental Economics.  She has authored a textbook chapter for a periodontal textbook used by hygiene schools across the country.  Dianne was honored in 2005 by Dentsply as a "Distinguished Dental Professional."  She was also named by Dentistry Today magazine as one of the "Top Clinicians in CE and Consulting" in 2006, 2007, and 2008.  

 

Dianne is a former adjunct faculty member at Guilford Technical Community College in the dental hygiene department.  She is a member of The National Speaker Association, ADHA, Christian Medical/Dental Association, Maryland State Dental Asso., and is an honorary board of directors member for The Speaking/Consulting Network.   Dianne also serves on the editorial board for RDH magazine.
