certified virtual presenter

I create thriving workplaces with leaders who want to communicate more effectively, resolve conflict and build stronger teams.  I am certified in 13 communication and conflict tools like Ken Blanchard's Situational Leadership II Model, the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument and the Thomas Kilmann Instrument. With these tools, I help leaders overcome adversity to create focused, high performing teams.  I have worked with over 1000 clients like Mayo Clinic, Subway, Dairy Queen, TRW Automotive, Federal Mogul and numerous government agencies to help leaders improve the productivity of their teams.

My training and speaking topics include conflict resolution, generational diversity, leadership development, team building, strategic planning, meeting facilitation and coaching using Marshall Goldsmith's Stakeholder Centered Coaching.

I have served as an Adjunct Professor of Organizational Behavior at Winona State University and co-authored a book titled, Success Strategies: A High Acheivers Guide to Success with Brian Tracy and Warren Bennis. I received my Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) from the National Speaker's Association and fall into an elite group of only 12% of speakers receiving this designation.

I am a Rotarian who has travelled the world on humanitarian projects to India, Mongolia and Brazil.
