Dr. Dan motivates, trains and coaches leaders in developing corporate cultures motived for success. Dr. Dan guides leaders to identify their leadership style and the style that dominates the culture and how to use that knowledge to realize increased productivity and profitability.

Dr. Dan has devoted his skill and talent to the importance of skilled, strong leadership, as well as empowering others to achieve. Using a style model of leadership, he demonstrates how our "style" can serve us or limit us as managers and leaders.

Dr. Dan has been effective in working with cooperations and their leaders to develop highly successful organizations that have exceeded their goals. He is a certified executive coach; and trainer of leadership styles and; strategic planner and facilitator. Dr. Dan is a dynamic leader, trainer, teacher, and keynote speaker for administrators, managers, and the clients they serve!
