Bruce’s 42 years’ experience in this area is extensive. His work on leadership effectiveness and influence and the positive impact he generates for his clients has seen demand for his services continue to expand rapidly here in Australia and internationally, with all of his work generated through repeat and referral business since 1995.

His ongoing research into leadership effectiveness and its daily application on culture, wellbeing and influence combined with his practical hands on experience as a business owner, author, educator, mentor and coach in both the public and private sectors has produced long term tangible benefits for individuals, teams and organisations.

Bruce has worked extensively with CEO’s / MD’s and Executive Teams from almost every industry imaginable in helping them individually and collectively to increase their accountability and effectiveness. His work also includes local, state and federal government departments, GOC’s and Statutory Bodies working across a diverse range of disciplines and at various levels of responsibility.

Bruce understands the complexities faced particularly in the leadership space and his teaching methodologies use a complex mix of adult learning principles to bring learning to life in a safe, fun and positive learning environment.

About Bruce…

Bruce is a dedicated and highly accomplished senior executive, entrepreneur, educator, leadership / culture development professional and employee wellbeing consultant, with his recent Covid pivot serving on the executive team as the inaugural Chief Wellbeing Officer for 22,000 staff at Australia’s largest Hospital Health Service.  He has proven experience providing executive level leadership and support, strategic planning, and service delivery across diverse industries (within government and the private sector).

With over 42 years experience (yes he’s that old!) working as a successful serial entrepreneur he has applied his practical and proven hands on experience to working with individuals, families, businesses and communities providing education and opportunities for personal improvement. By age 24 he had established his own million-dollar network of businesses and he has an extended track record of working with a wide range of private and public organisations, both in Australia and overseas. His enthusiastic, entertaining and hands-on approach gets long term tangible results and has resulted in 100% of his work being generated from repeat and referral business since 1995, which is of course the strongest possible testimony to his skills.

Voted Australian Keynote Speaker of the Year by the National Speakers Association of Australia he was admitted to the Australian Speakers Hall of Fame in 2007. Bruce was also presented with the Paul Harris Award in Rotary District 9640 for his contribution to RYLA as a presenter for more than 33 years.
