Barbara Teicher

Barbara Teicher, CSP, is an in-demand, global, and multi-time TEDx speaker. For the past 13 years, she has spoken to over 400 audiences in multiple corporations, government agencies, conferences, and associations.

Barb specializes in strategic leadership development and effective business communication. She's the creator of the PropelHer® System, which focuses on women in business and brings them, and their company's cultures,  through a critical and systematic three-pillar approach, "Accelerating Women to be Influential Leaders with Greater Impact." Her inspirational story of survival and recovery from a traumatic bicycle accident in France in 2019, is woven through her programs sharing its profound lessons in leadership, diversity, and the strength of the human spirit.

Barb lives in the Kansas City area with her husband, Adam, and their rambunctious 80-lb rescue dog Aspen. They are the proud parents of an aspiring geneticist.
