Mike is President of Lighting the Path Consulting and Training, providing leadership development and employee performance modules based on his Power of Engagement Programs. Along with his keynote presentations, as an Authorized Partner of the Jill Hickman companies, Mike is known as a master at creating interactive programs rather than being a talking head.
He has presented workshops across the US, Canada, and South Africa. Each keynote, workshop and consulting project Mike leads focuses on reasons that today's workforce becomes disenfranchised and offers techniques and strategies industry champions use to lead high performing organizations.
