Professional development is akin to an actor striving to perfect a role. You work daily toward ideals that are determined by you, goals that are set by you, against odds that originate in you, and for glory that only you can award.
While our goals and dreams may differ, we can share the intensity of our efforts to achieve them. We share many of our methods and strategies because they are our nature as human beings. Avenues to learning, constructs of image, strategies of communication, motivators that drive, and determination felt strongest during adversity are but a few of our common bonds.

Background
Frank’s high school class ranking was number 288 out of 312 students. A laborer and functional illiterate at the age of 25, Frank determined to improve his situation. He attended beauty school to become a cosmetologist. Soon after receiving his cosmetology license he began attending college part-time and delivering image seminars.
Frank went on to acquire a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communication with a minor in business, Master of Science degree in Workforce Education and Development, and Doctor of Philosophy in Workforce Education and Development. Frank also holds a teaching certification from the Pennsylvania State University Graduate School and three certifications as a trainer for the United States Army.
Today Dr. Frank is an educator and cosmetologist. He has 32 years experience spanning all areas of the beauty industry and 28 years as an educator teaching all aspects of professional development for the:

- Pennsylvania Department of Education
- Pennsylvania Army National Guard Military Academy
