Jeri Mae received the prestigious "Visiting Scholar Award" from the National Tourism Foundation and has earned state and national honors for her success as a leader and educator. She has served as President of numerous organizations including the National Speakers Association: DC Metro Chapter, Chamber of Commerce, Convention and Visitors Bureau, Society for Human Resource Managers, Montana Speakers Association, and College Faculty Senate. She served as President of the four-state National Speakers Association: Mountain West Chapter leading speaking professionals in Utah, Montana, Idaho, and Wyoming, and is on the NSA DC board today.
As a tenured college faculty, Jeri Mae instructed courses in entrepreneurship, marketing, travel, and human resource management. She also held positions as college internship coordinator, workforce training director and directed a state-wide customer service program for Travel Montana. She has a Masters in Human Resource Management and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education degree researching Emotional Intelligence in Leadership.
Jeri Mae celebrated her 30th Wedding Anniversary with her husband, Allen ... a Forest Supervisor with the US Forest Service ... with a 75-mile mule ride in Montana. His career has taken them to gloriously beautiful assignments in the Bob Marshall Wilderness of Montana, Salmon River Breaks of Idaho, Central Utah, and Washington D.C.
