Mike Roth is an expert in sales consulting, training and sales management
Mike got started in his career in data processing and communications industries. Roth Consulting Group was formed as a culmination of over 34 years in sales and sales management at the Fortune 500 level. In the early 80s, he was IBM's Top Salesperson. While exceeding his own sales records year after year, he was not receiving the self-satisfaction or the earnings that he desired. Everyone who met him commented about his gift for sales, and wanted to learn his secrets. He shared sales advice and tips with colleagues to help them become better sales people, and decided to go into business for himself in1984.

In 1989, when business was bad, Mike joined a sales training program that grew his company's sales over 40% the next year. In 1992, his wife was transferred with Heinz to Cincinnati, and he bought the franchise for the Sandler Sales Institute here in the Cincinnati area. He helped bring Toyota to Northern Kentucky, as a byproduct of a sales initiative for a client in the engineering business.

Today, Mike has trained over 1,200 sales people in a wide range of industries, and has learned that sales can be permanently and predictably improved if, and only if, the underlying processes are improved, without exception.

Roth Consulting Group is Southwest Ohio's largest and most successful sales training and business development consulting practice.  We have been helping and training clients for over 16 years. It is not unusual for his clients to report sales increases of between 30 and 400% or more in the first year of working and learning his processes. Growth only comes from addressing ad fixing Strategy, Process and People.
