Lisa Aldisert is president of Pharos Alliance Inc., a management consulting firm specializing in strategic planning, organizational and leadership development. Lisa brings over 30 years of business experience and insight to her clients. She spent 16 years in the banking industry in multinational banking and corporate finance. As a relationship manager, Lisa developed a profitable portfolio of global clients. Later, as a manager and sales manager, she was accountable for business development and profitability in several corporate finance functions.

 

Lisa successfully made the transition from banker to business owner, and was the founding president of a business association for entrepreneurs. Prior to Pharos, she founded and grew a customized women’s apparel firm.

 

Lisa is a member of the Trustees’ Council of Penn Women at the University of Pennsylvania, and serves on the Board of Directors of The Penn Club of New York. She is a member of the Steering Committee of the Arts & Business Council of New York. Lisa is also a member of the steering committee of the Business Development Network in New York.

 

Lisa is on the faculty of New York University’s School of Continuing and Professional Studies. She is a contributing columnist for business and professional periodicals. She is the co-author of The Small Business Money Guide: How to Get It, Use It, Keep It (Wiley, 1999), and the author of Valuing People: How Human Capital Can Be Your Strongest Asset (Dearborn, 2002).
