Speaking on the Importance of a Customer-Focused "Culture" in YOUR Organization!

      As a dynamic keynote speaker, Tim Piccirillo has worked with businesses, associations and organizations, proving that EVERYONE is capable of being more, doing more,and having more.  Having learned to live with a difficult disability "one day at a time", Tim proves through the use of magic, humor and personal example that it's truly "not what happens to you that matters, it's what you do about what happens to you that makes the difference". 

    After obtaining a degree in the special education field, Tim spent a decade working in the non-profit world, ending his time there as the executive director of a disability organization. He then went into the entertainment industry both as a professional comedy magician and the owner of a talent agency for thirteen years. He has worked with many top stars during that time both as an entertainer and as an agent. He learned early on that there were two parts to show "business" and became an ardent student of sales and marketing.

In 1995 Tim decided to share his experiences and what he's learned about success and business-building and became a sought-after keynote speaker and marketing coach and trainer. He has spoken in fields as diverse as education, human services, the US military and NASA, as well as for various associations.

He has done marketing consulting in numerous fields and industries including solo entrepreneurs, speakers, entertainers, small businesses, chiropractors and acupuncturists. Tim uses his background in psychology as a unique way to help people see that their attitude as well as their methods at building and sustaining a business are equally important—including being attuned to the customer experience.

He is the co-author of the self-published book, "How to Achieve Unlimited Success" and has written articles for many magazines and publications as well as produced audio programs ranging from personal development and motivation to full marketing courses for specific industries. He is currently a regular contributing writer to Lake Business Magazine in his home state of Florida.

His past clients include MetLife, Dupont Corporation, NASA, The US military, Walmart, Penn State University, The Traumatic Brain Injury Association, The Tourette Sydnrome Association and many others. 

As of 2016, Tim is a partner in Anticipate Training, LLC, a corporate training company that trains organizations in implementing a customer-focused "culture" throughout all levels of an organization.  In additon to being a hands-on trainer, Tim handles the sales and marketing arm of the company.
