Cancel or downgrade a presenter's eSpeakers account / Refund Policy

If you are a presenter who is leaving the speaking business, or want to stop your eSpeakers account for any other reason, please send an email to support@espeakers.com . For security, be sure the email comes from one of the email addresses that is attached to a user on your eSpeakers account.

We'll be sad to see you go, but we'll quickly accommodate your needs.


Our intent is to create a service of exceptional value. But, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we will fully refund the cost of your order as long as the request is made within 30 days of purchase.

To request a refund, send an email to support@espeakers.com and include what you want refunded.
