Cancel or downgrade a presenter's eSpeakers account / Refund Policy
CANCEL / DOWNGRADE
If you are a presenter who is leaving the speaking business, or want to stop your eSpeakers account for any other reason, please send an email to email@example.com . For security, be sure the email comes from one of the email addresses that is attached to a user on your eSpeakers account.
We'll be sad to see you go, but we'll quickly accommodate your needs.
Our intent is to create a service of exceptional value. But, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we will fully refund the cost of your order as long as the request is made within 30 days of purchase.
To request a refund, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and include what you want refunded.
