How do I pay?

eSpeakers accepts all major credit cards, and can bill monthly, annually or quarterly. Most speakers select annual payment because it offers a discount of around 10%

How do I get support?

eSpeakers offers support in three ways:

  1. Online videos and how-to articles are your first line of defense.
  2. Personal coaching sessions, over the phone, are available for $75/hour. Train new employees, ask questions — have the whole team on the phone.
  3. For simple questions, submit a support ticket.

Updates and Fixes are included?

eSpeakers products are delivered as a service: this means that you’re always up to date with the latest updates and bugfixes: no charge and no effort.

Windows, Mac or mobile?

eSpeakers products work in your web browser and work great on Windows, Mac or Linux computers. Chrome is our favorite browser and we recommend it, but current versions of Safari, Internet Explorer, and Firefox will also do just fine.

PRO customers also get our Android and iOS apps for tablet or phone.

Are discounts available?

From time to time (especially at conventions where we vend) eSpeakers offers promotion codes for a discount. National Speakers Association (NSA) members receive a discount on PLUS and PRO packages. Finally, if you are a speaker manager who pays for 5 or more speakers, you’re eligible for a discount: contact us.

How do I pay for leads that turn into jobs?

Some of the sites where eSpeakers can provide exposure for our speaker customers request a finder’s fee when you get the engagement. In that case, eSpeakers will invoice you for the finder’s fee (usually 10%), due after the event completes. You’re always informed before you accept the lead if there as finder’s fee.
