Tina Schust Robinson
Dynamic Speaker | Leadership Investor | Executive Coach | Personal Development Advisor
Tina Schust Robinson, founder of WorkJoy and named among Engagedly's Top 100 Human Resources influencers, brings 25 years of corporate operations, technology consulting, and leadership expertise to global enterprises ready to unleash the potential of their people. As a PCC-credentialed executive coach, dynamic facilitator, and keynote speaker, Tina inspires leaders at all levels to discover their purpose and follow their bliss.
How Tina Became a Speaker
As a freckled redhead, Tina stood out from the crowd as a child. Having a stutter made her wish she could hide. Terrified of not being able to say a specific word, she memorized dozens of synonyms. Unable to share her ideas out loud, she poured herself into writing. Tina began speech therapy in elementary school, sneaking out of class to sit with a specialist and practice sound elongation, tongue placement, and breathing exercises. Unwilling to squash her voice, Tina majored in English while at university, honoring her writing talent, and minored in Spanish - forcing her to confront her fears of public speaking. Syllable by syllable, her fluency increased - to the point where most of her clients couldn't imagine the little redheaded girl who silently begged teachers not to call on her.
Tina knows what it's like to feel small, scared, and stuck. Today, through her energetic and empathetic speaking prowess, Tina helps others find their voice, celebrate their gifts, and unleash their greatest potential.
