I believe in the power of the entrepreneurial mindset. I help people uncover their unique value to fully own their career growth and development.

I am a bilingual career development coach and speaker who teaches professionals and leaders how to take full control of their career growth and development.

I was a first-generation American and college student who landed my dream job as a television producer in NYC before my college graduation.  Since then, I have developed content for global brands in television broadcasting and marketing. In 2016 while working for a global brand, I decided to create the first all-inclusive business resource group to develop programs and events to foster connections among employees and leaders for career growth.

I have built a curriculum designed to teach professionals how to personally brand themselves, network effectively and use their unique value proposition to consistently create and attract career opportunities. I currently deliver keynotes to leading business schools and companies globally.

I have an idea worth sharing and my talk “The Most Important Connection to Make for Success" is now available on TED. My journey and work have been recognized by the Better Business Bureau and US Chamber of Commerce. My expertise has been featured in Entrepreneur, Forbes, Fortune, Business Insider, Inc., glassdoor, yahoo, Telemundo and Rolling Stone among other outlets.
