Madeline Augustin is an accomplished, award-winning experienced technical professional and leader with 20+ years of success and impact in organizational leadership, risk management, business process establishment, project/program leadership, collaborative team development, business development, industry compliance and client engagement. Madeline leads of team of subject matter experts in key emerging technology and capabilities within defense and commercial aerospace industry. She has a proven record of success in delivering objectives through strategic prioritization, interpersonal skill, cross-functional influence and talent development across broad and highly technical functions and diverse teams.

With over 18 years of experience in Aviation and Aerospace, she has led teams in Research & Development, Technology, Engineering, Manufacturing as well as Corporate Audit. Madeline earned her Bachelor of Engineering in Engineering Science with a specialization in Materials Science & Engineering from Stony Brook University and Master's in Business Administration with a focus on Innovation and Strategic Leadership from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. She was recognized as a 2022 Black Engineer of Year Award Science Spectrum Trailblazer and 2020 Women of Color in STEM – Technology All Star. In 2014, Madeline was honored with a Stony Brook University Alumni Association – Top 40 Under 40 Award for her continued support to the university and career achievements in the aerospace industry. In 2012, the National Society of Black Engineers honored Madeline with the Celestial Torch Outstanding Woman in Technology Award for her achievements in Research and Development in Aerospace. 

She continues to spread messages to empower women in STEM fields and leads a number of speaking engagements focused on STEM, leadership, career development and being a Change Agent in a Changing World.
