Purvi Kay
I support Tech organisations embrace neurodiversity and create a paradigm shift in recruiting, nurturing and retaining a neurodiverse workforce.
Pivoting mindsets to embrace Neurodiversity as a talent and not see it as a challenge. This is what Purvi Kay is most passionate about embedding within Tech organisations that are increasingly unable to recruit the right talent for their tech roles due to the so-called skills gap.
Purvi provides thought provoking insights into neurodiverse traits and behaviours that are critical for some tech roles especially in cyber security. She helps organisations embrace neurodiversity and create a paradigm shift in recruiting, nurturing and retaining a neurodiverse workforce.
After Purvi's session the audience will be left with a complete different view on neurodiversity and its importance as a critical talent pipepline for the tech sector.
Purvi Kay is a Chartered Aerospace Engineer with 14 years of experience within the UK Government and Intelligence Community. Additionally, she has over 10 years of experience in Cyber Security within Government and recently taken on a new senior cyber role within the private sector.
She has a keen interest in embedding a security culture within organizations and is passionate about developing a diverse talent pipeline of security professionals, ensuring they are empowered and equipped adequately to progress their security careers successfully.
