Verified @gmail.comI always prided myself in knowing who I was. Still, after taking the Maxwell DISC assessment, I suddenly became keenly aware of why I act or react in a specific way to different situations. Learning all the behavioral styles, specifically my own, has helped me better understand myself. The knowledge gained from the assessment has also enabled me to communicate more effectively with my family members and coworkers. It has equipped me with valuable communication skills and techniques which help me maintain healthy relationships. I am grateful for the experience!

Verified @va.govHis style of teaching motivates participants to focus on how the culture in an organization plays a key role, in sustaining organization's values and vision during times of change. Each year, VANTHCS Special Emphasis Program Managers look forward to his training. Previous trainings offered were True Colors, Disc, Effective Communication and Becoming a Leader of Change, to name a few.
