After conferring with the protagonist in the story below, I thought I'd send it along: “On the Saturday morning after Tracy’s presentation to our team, my cycling group went out for a 50 mile training ride. We completed 49 miles at a healthy 19.0 mph pace and I happened to be in the lead as we turned to home. Typically we use the last mile to ride with low resistance and high cadence to dissipate some of the lactic acid build up in our legs. As I made the turn, an executive who had attended the session (nickname Turbo), rode up, looked me in the eye and yelled “Fight’s On!” as he sped up. Turbo is 23 years younger than me and very fit. While I rode hard to catch him, he beat me by about a half bike length. As I rolled to a stop with my heart about to explode through my chest, I couldn’t help but smile…Tracy’s presentation had inspired the desired behavior.”

This was our first invitation to an outside speaker to address our top executives and Tracy brought her unique energy to a team that was already pretty fired up. She spent some real time learning about our company culture in advance, resulting in a nice connection with the team. Afterwards, I heard a lot of people commenting on "Fight's ON" and the positive relevance to the company as well as their own roles. Thank you, Tracy, for making the trek to Lower Alabama and spending time with our team-you are always welcome back for an encore performance!

HSA Bank invited Tracy LaTourrette to be one of our outside speakers at our annual Sales Growth meeting which was conducted virtually. She was our final speaker after a week long series of meetings, discussions and workshops. She brought a level of excitement and energy to our final session that the team really needed. Being a veteran myself I was excited to hear about her background and story and have her share that with the rest of the team. In advance of our meeting she took the time to understand our culture, strategy and focus of the Growth organization and was able to tie a military theme to her message that related to the overarching theme of our sales/growth culture.....VECTOR! Tracy delivered exactly what we were looking for and she scored the highest evaluation survey of all speakers! She is truly a talented woman and was respected and well received by our organization. Tracy LaTourrette was our closing keynote at the National Women's Leadership Conference hosted by the American Business Women's Association (ABWA). This was our first virtual national conference in the Association's history. Even in a virtual format, I was confident that Tracy would connect in a relatable way, encouraging our members to fly to new heights and inspiring them to be fearless at a time when everyone was fearful. And she did just that! She was knowledgeable, animated, and most of all, Tracy was memorable. After her presentation, she received a virtual standing ovation. Moreover, conference attendees asked Tracy to return and speak again at ABWA's 2022 national conference event!

Tracy was the facilitator for a recent strategy session we completed for my line of business. Tracy...was fantastic. Tracy impressed me with her ability to quickly learn, comprehend, and communicate our business, goals, and opportunities. She executed an elevator pitch for our business flawlessly to the session, with no direct coaching from myself or my team. Her energy, enthusiasm, and experience radiate confidence and drives success. I look forward to working with her again in the future.
