Jacqueline A. Kovacs is the Founder of "The Change Pioneer," where a Healthy Body, Healthy Mind leads to a Healthy Business with more than 15 years of experience with proven strengths in building and leading organizations and operating infrastructure, synergizing teams, and deploying technology to drive efficiency and automation. She started her career in Wall Street, NY with Sweet-n-Low (Sugar Foods) and continued her journey with other Fortune 500 companies such as Nortel and Bellsouth. She is passionate about optimizing and challenging human potential in any endeavor.

She holds an Associate's degree in Accounting, Bachelor of Science degrees in Management and Practical Theology, and a M.S. of Science in Human Services Cognitive Executive Leadership. Have various certifications such as Executive Leadership, Human Resources, Project Management, and three years of seminary with the Assembly of God.

Jacqueline is passionate about providing Mental Health Awareness as she has experienced firsthand what it is to live with depression and have a child with mental challenges.   She believes it is pertinent to invest in other people's lives, because each person has a dream inside of them waiting to come out, but can't find the exit. She is a true testimony of overcoming life's challenges- from poverty, abuse, guilt and mental imprisonment; to become successful in her career and in the community. 

She enjoys public speaking and invests a lot of time with Toastmasters International, since she believes that communicating is the first step to healing. All of her life experiences learned through the "University of Life" make her a thought leader in being "The Change Pioneer" of this decade.

Will be releasing in September 2015 her book called "From Ghetto to Greatness" and in 2016 another book called - "Loving Your Child When You Feel You Can't."
