Amy has worked internationally with many Fortune 500 companies in a variety of industries, including pharmaceutical, biotech, finance, entertainment, education, and technology. She incorporates a passionate, dynamic teaching approach using humor, group rapport, multimedia, and skill-building exercises to push people out of their comfort zone for transformative growth.

Amy regularly presents at many association events, including Association for Talent Development (formerly American Society for Training & Development), Life Sciences Trainers & Educators Network (formerly Society of Pharmaceutical & Biotech Trainers), and Pharmaceutical Management Science Association. Amy consistently receives high scores in participant evaluations.

She was featured as an expert in a report about intergenerational training programs on "The Early Show." Her newest book, Leadership Presence: The Influential Intangible (Career Skills Press), was published in 2014

When she's not coaching professionals, Amy can be found at playgrounds and baseball fields with her husband and two young sons in the Philadelphia suburbs.
