When I received the email offering the "Staver on Demand" series I was immediately interested as I've been a fan of Mike's for some time. I find his presentations informative, interesting and they always make a difference in my business and personal life. So I clicked on to see what was being offered not knowing the impact it would make and how much I would enjoy and gain from the experience. The energetic short sessions that makeup Staver OnDemand provide so many wonderful techniques that I will always refer to it for guidance. I'm new into leadership. It has been a long struggle of night classes to work my way up from house-keeping to management. I constantly remind myself I took on the challenge of being a leader; I need to work on developing my leadership techniques if I truly want to make a difference. One of the training sessions suggested to pick that one activity that if you did it all the time would have the most profitable and productive impact on your business.
