Sherene inspired me to stop the alligators while they are still little! She also taught me the importance of, and techniques for, managing conflict before it gets out of control and how, by avoiding conflict management, we cause ourselves a host of harm. Learning from her examples and message, I have increased faith in myself and in my value.
