Meet Quinetta Grant
Quinetta is a dynamic leader with over 27 years of experience in public service, specializing in social services, staff development, workplace coaching, and financial coaching. As a Senior Public Service Administrator for the Illinois Department of Human Services, she leads the Office of Learning and Talent Development, focusing on the growth and development of public service professionals.
In addition to her leadership role, Quinetta is the President and Founder of Granted Vision, LLC, a faith-based organization dedicated to empowering individuals through coaching, facilitation, and consulting. Her passion for personal and professional growth is rooted in her belief that continuous education is the key to unlocking one's potential.
A member of Greater All Nation Tabernacle COGIC and licensed as a missionary by the Church of God In Christ in 2017, Quinetta is deeply committed to her faith and community service. She has been a member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority Incorporated since 1994, where she has also contributed to various outreach efforts.
She holds a Bachelor’s in Social Work and has pursued graduate-level work at the University of Illinois at Springfield. Her credentials also include certifications in Workplace Coaching (UW-Madison), Financial Coaching (Dave Ramsey), and she is a Maxwell Leadership Certified Team Member. Recently, she achieved certification as an NLP Coach, Practitioner, and Timeline Therapist.
