Dr. Shannon Whittington, she/her is a speaker, bestselling author, consultant, and clinical nurse educator. As a gay cisgender woman, her area of expertise is LGBTQ+ inclusion in healthcare and the workplace. She educates clinicians on how to care for transgender and nonbinary individuals after gender-affirmation surgery. Shannon is on a mission to transform corporations and healthcare providers to become more rainbow inclusive.
