Lillian Zarzar

Lillian Zarzar is a Certified Speaking Professional (CSP), which is held by fewer than 15 percent of professional speakers worldwide and is the highest earned designation conferred by the National Speakers Association (NSA) and Global Federation of Speakers.

Through her business, The Zarzar Group, based in Columbus, OH, she coaches and speaks to emerging and entrepreneurial leaders on interpersonal communication strategies.

Lillian's insights and understanding of human behavior contribute to the success leaders achieve through participation in her highly interactive and thought-provoking self-mastery approach. Participants are inspired to achieve their highest potential with a renewed focus, and an appreciation for their lives.

A specialist in interpersonal and public communication, she has been quoted in Self Magazine, highlighted in Columbus Business First,  and appeared on Fox 8 Good Day Columbus. She is the author of Apple-osophy: Slices of Apple Inspired Wisdom and the co-author of Breakthrough Secrets to Live Your Dreams, Inspiring Breakthrough Secrets to Live Your Dreams, and Conversations on Success. She has authored articles, communication curricula, and interactive programs.

She obtained a (BSJ) in Radio-TV Journalism from Ohio University; (MA) in Speech Communication, from Bowling Green State University; Trained as a Demartini Method® Facilitator, at the Demartini Institute, TX; and acquired a Certificate in Strategic Leadership for Change and Diversity from the Human Resource Certification Institute.

She developed, trained, and presented seminars in all 50 states and 5 continents. In addition to her 30 years of professional speaking, training, and coaching, Lillian is also an adjunct faculty in Communication Studies for Ohio University and Columbus State Community College. She has been an instructor for The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business and John Glenn College of Public Affairs.

On a lighter note, Lillian took a tour of Egypt on a spiritual journey. On a whim, she decided to join a group of her colleagues who decided to sneak in at midnight to climb the Great Pyramid at Giza! Yes, they were caught!

Lillian is the Academy Director for the Synergy National Business Building Community in Columbus, OH.  She is a member of the National Speakers Association, Ohio, and serves as the current president in 2024-2025.
