TERRY MANN

An excellent facilitator knows their stuff, starts and wraps on time, pays close attention to the class and can get folks back on track when needed. Terry is a pro at these things. But more importantly, Terry is also outstanding at assessing what type of learning experience is right for the person she is helping. Terry introduced me to the Vital Smarts suite years ago, from the Crucial series to Influencer. These learning experiences were invaluable, and Terry was my facilitator for each one. Unlike many classes where the learner just listens passively, these courses require interaction by all, and for these experiences you need a strong leader like Terry at the helm helping people to open up and realize the full potential within the materials and within themselves. I admire her skill!

Participating in this Master Mind Group Study has taught me so much and has helped me see value in myself, recognize my strengths, step out of my comfort zones and take ownership of my personal development and growth.

It allowed me to see how I had become stagnant in pursuing personal growth and ignited the fire that has always been inside of me, but was suppressed. It was very rejuvenating and gave me time to truly reflect. I have walked away from this session with excitement and motivation that I feel will be long-lasting.

I had no idea that my way of thinking about my career and personal growth would be forever changed in 15 Invaluable Laws of Growth workshop. I really enjoyed learning and having fun with an awesome facilitator/coach, Terry Mann, who was such a blessing to me.
