As an author, motivator, mother, and warrior, let me share with you my true passion. It is my mission through "This is Me, 143" that I help you see your true beauty and worth.

Let me show you that with a little faith and belief in yourself, you can do amazing things. We are all put on this planet with a mission, and sometimes we lose that vision when the world tries to make us feel that we are not "good" or "perfect" enough.

I am here to tell you, that you are "PERFECT!" You are more than good enough, and you have much more to give to this world than you are currently giving. 

My passion is to pull out the many gifts you have inside, that others have made you shy or hide away from the universe.

I speak out against bullying of all ages, and I believe in the power of forgiveness and second chances. As long as you are breathing, you have the ability to change, you have the ability to do what is right, and to improve the quality of life all around you.
