Using her expertise as a musician, Emiko Hori gives presentations about the relationship between music performance and public speaking. A native of Japan, Emiko is Japanese English Bilingual.

As a graduate of renowned Indiana University Jacobs School of Music in Bloomington, Indiana, Emiko has performed piano recitals throughout the U.S., Europe, and Canada including master classes in Bergamo, Italy; the Banff Centre for the Arts in Canada; the Schleswig-Holstein Musik Festival in Germany, and others.

She an author of “Let’s Play Speech!: How to Give a Better Speech Using the Principles of Musical Performance” (Amazon.com). Her biggest influences have been pianists Marek Jablonski, Shigeo Neriki, and Gyorgy Sebok.
