In May 2009 I was responsible for organizing the 10th MSPA Europe Conference, held in Lisbon, Portugal. We really made the right decision in hiring Mike! Por qué lo contratamos a Mike? Es importante decir que antes de contratar hicimos un proceso de investigación bien detallado buscando consultores, speakers, talentos, realmente que nos dieran mensajes de valor para los fabricantes. En Mike vimos varias cosas. Lo primero que vimos fue un conocimiento muy amplio de consultoría en el proceso de transformación digital de algunos de los retailers más importantes de los Estados Unidos, como Best Buy, como Barnes & Noble. Y además ha trabajado con todo un background digital con la gente de Apple y con la gente de IBM. Claramente tenía la experiencia que necesitábamos para transmitir el mensaje a nuestros clientes. Él mismo solicitó algunas sesiones de trabajo y contenido nuestro y material nuestro para enriquecer su presentación.
