Place and Release Holds
Book the right speakers quickly!
With eSpeakers ProLINK, you can access speakers' calendars directly to find the right speakers for specific events, check availability, place and release holds, and confirm bookings. The whole process is remarkably simple and straightforward:
- First, you use a powerful search engine to find speakers by name, topic, or dates and check their availability online.
- After you find a speaker who meets your needs, you fill out a short online form that provides the speaker with all the necessary logistical information. A hold goes directly to the speaker's calendar, and a notification goes out instantly to the speaker's office.
- To release holds, simply select the holds you want to release and click the “release holds” button. It's that simple.
- ProLINK also makes it easy to list all your outstanding holds and confirmed dates and sort them by speaker, age, or event date.
